To apply for an apartment in Dallas at our community, we require income verification such as pay stubs, payroll connections, or bank statements. Fees include a $50 application fee per person and a $150 administrative fee. Upon move-in, residents are responsible for a security deposit, prorated rent, and prorated amenity fees. We also require all residents to maintain a valid renter's insurance policy.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent, allowing you to manage your personal usage. For your convenience, Howell Uptown offers several flexible ways to pay rent online, including the Bilt app. We also accept traditional payment methods such as checks, money orders, and cashier's checks to fit your financial preferences while living in our modern Dallas, TX apartments.
 

Yes, we offer flexible parking solutions to fit your needs. Residents at Howell Uptown enjoy free open parking, or you can upgrade to a reserved parking space for $75/month. We also provide dedicated guest parking to make visiting easy for your friends and family. While we do not currently have EV charging stations, our central location provides excellent access to the surrounding city.

We prioritize a high-standard living experience, typically addressing maintenance requests within 24 hours. You can easily submit requests via our online resident portal, by phone, or by email. For secure and convenient shopping, all deliveries are handled through our automated Luxer Lockers, ensuring your packages are safe until you’re ready to pick them up.

Managing your residency is simple through our online resident portal, where you can select and sign your lease renewal electronically. If you eventually plan to move, we require a 60-day written notice. Our move-out process includes returning all fobs, keys, and parking stickers, and ensuring the unit is clean. For those needing to break a lease, an early termination fee equivalent to 60 days of rent applies along with the standard notice period.
